In June 2022, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) released ISO 22003-1:2022, "Food Safety - Part 1: Requirements for Food Safety Management System Audit and Certification Bodies"; The International Accreditation Forum (IAF) released the mandatory document IAF MD27:2023 "ISO 22003-1:2022 Conversion Requirements" on August 30, 2023, which specifies the implementation arrangements for the conversion of ISO 22003-1:2022 as a recognized standard for food safety management systems (FSMS) and hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) certification bodies.
In June 2022, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) released ISO 22003-1:2022, "Food safety- Part 1: Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of food safety management systems";  The International Accreditation Forum (IAF) released the mandatory document IAF MD27:2023 "TRANSITION REQUIREMENTS FOR ISO 22003-1:2022" on August 30, 2023, which specifies the implementation arrangements for the transition of ISO 22003-1:2022 as an accredited standard for food safety management systems (FSMS) and hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) certification bodies. 
Our organization will begin using ISO 22003-1:2022 for all customers on December 31, 2024. The transfer of certified clients must be completed before June 30, 2025. If the customer fails to complete the conversion before the end of the transition period (June 30, 2025), their current certification will become invalid.
